Title page undated, this is the First Edition of this dictionary of sailors sea slang, this example retains the very scarce dustjacket. There seems to be a bit of uncertainty to the actual date of the First Edition, The British Library and a number of Institutional library collections date the book to 1929, The National Maritime Museum date it to 1935.
